WHAT IS A CASA?

Court Appointed Special Advocates® (CASA) are community volunteers, just like you, who stand up and speak out to help abused and neglected children. Through best-interest advocacy, CASA programs and volunteers make a life-changing difference for our community's most vulnerable children.

CASA-CAN MISSION

Since 1988, CASA-CAN has been advocating for the best interests of abused or neglected children in court. Our mission is to recruit, train, and support court-appointed volunteer advocates, so that every child who has experienced abuse or neglect can be safe, have a permanent home, and the opportunity to thrive.

You can help.

CASA volunteers advocate for the needs of children and youth in foster care, and provide a consistent advocate and reliable resource during times of great uncertainty and transition.
